To win at the cash register during Back-To-School (BTS) shopping, adidas needed to first win with the Footlocker sales associates who are on the frontline when it comes to shoe recommendations and trials. To do so, we devised a sales contest with an unreal prize package.

The Challenge

  • Increase sales at Footlocker stores during the 2023 Back-To-School season.

  • Reveal the new Anthony Edwards AE 1 shoe that will be sold exclusively at Footlocker and Champs stores.

The Way In

  • Create a sales contest with a can’t-miss, all inclusive experience at adidas HQ in Portland, OR.

  • Program a three-day trip full of brand moments and local experiences that stoke a lasting flame for adidas.
